About Us
The Trinidad and Tobago Cultural Association of Delaware, Inc. (TTCAD) is a non-profit Tax-exempt 501-C (3) organization serving Delaware, and other surrounding communities, including the country of Trinidad & Tobago.
TTCAD’s purpose is to provide a variety of programs and services, including scholarships, social services, and disciplined activities to the community at large.
The Association was founded in 2000 but was incorporated in the State of Delaware, with tax-exempt status in 2006.
Since its formation, the Association has given out Scholarships to students entering Universities, provided financial support to other community organizations that provide services in line with TTCAD’s mission, and supported programs in Trinidad & Tobago.

The Trinidad and Tobago Cultural Association of Delaware, Inc. (TTCAD) is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing programs that promote youth development through educational support for children of Caribbean descent attending schools in Delaware and committed to promoting mutual understanding, friendship, and cultural preservation between TTCAD and the Delaware community.

Our vision is to enhance the lives of high school students of Caribbean descent accepted to a university or college by providing financial scholarships, to provide support to other non-profit organizations in Delaware and communities where the need is expressed, and to preserve the history and uniqueness of the Trinidad and Tobago culture for future generations.
